Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles in accordance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport goods, equipment, and materials to designated locations on schedule.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing travel delays.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections before every journey.
• Ensure all cargo is loaded, secured, and transported safely.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Monitor vehicle condition, including tires, brakes, lights, oil, and fluid levels.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Coordinate scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance with the fleet department.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, or traffic violations promptly.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Practice defensive driving techniques to minimize risks.
• Maintain proper documentation, including driving license, permits, and vehicle records.

Operational Support

• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, and site personnel regarding deliveries.
• Communicate delays or route changes promptly.
• Maintain professional behavior while representing the company.
• Perform additional transportation-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Duty Driving License.
• Must have held a valid UAE driving license for at least 3 years (HD Drivers).
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safety practices.
• ADNOC experience is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling transportation-related duties.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
