Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

• Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate receivable records.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Generate and issue account statements and payment reminders.
• Record incoming payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date receivable reports and aging schedules.

Customer Communication

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to accounts receivable.
• Handle customer payment inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve billing issues and coordinate with internal departments when required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide timely updates on payment status and outstanding balances.
• Ensure excellent customer service during all interactions.

Coordination with UAE Team

• Coordinate daily with the finance and operations teams in the UAE.
• Share customer payment updates and collection reports.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining smooth communication between international teams.
• Support the finance department with collection-related documentation.
• Ensure all receivable processes follow company policies.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receivable reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
• Update financial information in accounting software or ERP systems.
• Organize customer documents and payment records systematically.
• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.
• Perform additional finance and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, or Finance.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Female candidates are preferred.
