In This Role, You Will

• Enable process governance by conducting, in collaboration with the People Experience Design team, process landscape assessments across the People Experience lifecycle and the wider One HR organisation to determine process effectiveness, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement innovative solutions, including chatbots, AI-driven process steps, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), while supporting the associated change management activities.
• Ensure all processes across the employee lifecycle are fully GDPR compliant and aligned with international best practices.
• Support industry research to identify best practices in process governance, automation, and business process improvement, while validating and collating current and future process, technology, and data needs across the One HR organisation.
• Champion a culture of autonomy, openness, and continuous process improvement based on Lean-Agile principles.
• Support the implementation of the One HR Data Governance Strategy, ensuring alignment with Emirates Group corporate governance and compliance requirements across Data Protection (Access, Security and Privacy), Data Quality Assurance, and Metadata Management.
• Perform data governance operational activities in collaboration with Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A), business Data Stewards, and Business Privacy Leads to ensure people data is governed effectively and treated as a corporate asset across HR systems and the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
• Support the HR Data & Analytics function in defining a self-service analytics model and enable data risk and compliance practices through collaboration with HR Data & Analytics and HR Shared Services & Employee Data Management teams.
• In collaboration with the HR Governance & Compliance Manager, implement and maintain an internal quality and control framework by evaluating process risk profiles, implementing appropriate controls, and continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
• Support knowledge management practices by maintaining People Experience manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user-owned documentation, ensuring they remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with changing business requirements, system upgrades and process improvements.
• Facilitate the adoption of process and data governance across the One HR organisation through coaching, Lean Academy initiatives, Business Privacy Lead and Analytics Power User training, systems and SOP training, and data management best practices.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Industrial Engineering, process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management), project management, business consultancy, innovation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or compliance/audit within a business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operational Research, Commerce, Finance, or Information Technology.
• Experience within the airline industry and/or working with HR systems and products is desirable.
