Essential Functions

• Administer activities of Accounts Payable and ensuring flow of documents between hotel and Shared Service Centre and understand the approval process between hotel and Shared Service Centre when using the document for Payments.
• Checking all the contracts and reviewing, updating in the critical date list and following up with the departments for renewal process.
• Administer activities of accounts payables, reconciling for all the suppliers (AP CHECK) before making a payments and preparing the suppliers Payment, Staff Payments GC Petty Cash payments processing.
• Receiving expenses reports from all the departments, verifying and processing in the system every day.
• Following up with the departments HOD’s for the invoices approval in the Docuware system.
• Preparing monthly Credit tips & incentives for all the departments and processing with payroll, preparing Service charges and processing with the payroll, Preparing for department attendance.
• Assisting to Supervisor & manager for month end JV’s utility accrual, cross charging to the inter companies, AP accruals etc.
• Checking all the expense in month end to ensure to charge correct GL account.
• Assisting Cost Control for taking inventories for month end and uploading in the system, assisting receiving & store if any challenges for receiving the goods & issuing the items from the store.
• Getting Capex Requisitions from Departments, Reviewing as per Owning company standard and uploading in the system for approval purpose.
• Participate in any required training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role, Preparing Daily Revenue Report in morning and sending to HOD’s every day.
• Preparing invoices for Third party tenant’s and following up the payments, Cross charging internal transfers cost in month end.
• Always coordinating with SSC for all related enquiries and sorting out the issues.
• Be prepared to undertake additional tasks beyond those stated within a reasonable framework as assigned by management.

• Knowledge of computers and typing skills.
