Key Responsibilities

Networking Support

• Assist with basic networking and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot problems related to Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity, and network access.
• Check basic network connections and cables.
• Assist senior IT staff with network-related troubleshooting.
• Support users experiencing connectivity problems.
• Maintain basic records of reported network issues.

Microsoft Office Support

• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to Office applications.
• Help users with software installation and configuration.
• Provide basic guidance on common Office functions.
• Assist with email and Outlook-related technical issues.
• Support employees with everyday productivity software requirements.

IT Equipment & Documentation

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain records of IT assets and assigned equipment.
• Assist with software installations and updates.
• Keep track of reported technical issues and resolutions.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and support records.
• Follow company procedures for IT security and equipment handling.

User Support & Teamwork

• Respond to technical support requests professionally and promptly.
• Communicate clearly with users who may have limited technical knowledge.
• Maintain a helpful and patient approach when resolving issues.
• Work closely with senior IT staff and other departments.
