About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Executive to join Zabeel House The Greens.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders
- Ensure all procurement requests follow approval workflows and DOA
- Support sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP) and quotation comparisons
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and issue resolution
- Maintain supplier database and assist with supplier onboarding/registration
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues when required
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Experience in ERP/procurement systems preferred
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
