• Handle customer concerns and refer complex issues to supervisors.

Teamwork

• Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Communicate operational updates and issues promptly.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.

Stock & Workplace Support

• Assist with receiving, arranging, checking, and organizing products or materials where required.
• Maintain proper arrangement of stock, supplies, and workplace items.
• Check product or material availability and report shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with basic inventory-related activities.
• Handle company property and equipment responsibly.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and properly organized.
• Report damaged items, equipment issues, or operational problems promptly.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain accuracy while performing assigned tasks.
• Follow applicable hygiene, safety, and workplace requirements.
• Ensure customer service and operational activities meet company standards.
• Report errors, incidents, or unusual situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information where required.
• Support internal quality-control procedures.

Sales & Business Support

• Assist with sales and promotional activities when required.
• Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
• Support merchandising, product presentation, or promotional campaigns where applicable.
• Help maintain attractive and organized customer-facing areas.
• Encourage positive customer engagement.
• Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.

Administration & Reporting

• Complete basic records, checklists, forms, and operational reports when required.
• Maintain accurate information related to assigned tasks.
• Follow schedules and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Report completed work and pending tasks appropriately.
• Assist with basic administrative duties related to daily operations.
• Ensure documents and records are properly maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Team Member, Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Sales, or similar role is an advantage.
• Freshers may also be considered depending on company requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
