KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT devices.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11 operating system issues and application-related problems.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees and users.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, internet access, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure issues.
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of network devices and related IT infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other business applications.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, permissions, and basic Active Directory administration.
• Perform software installations, updates, patches, and basic system maintenance.
• Assist with routine IT infrastructure checks and preventive maintenance.
• Support the installation and maintenance of IT equipment at workstations and operational areas.
• Assist with troubleshooting CCTV and Access Control systems when required.
• Support structured cabling activities, including basic cable identification, testing, and connectivity checks.
• Record, track, and resolve technical incidents through ticketing systems where applicable.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT personnel or external service providers.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, troubleshooting notes, and support reports.
• Monitor IT equipment and report recurring faults, security concerns, or infrastructure issues.
• Ensure company IT policies, security procedures, and access controls are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company data and user information.
• Assist with IT projects, equipment upgrades, installations, and system improvements.
• Perform other IT support duties assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 support.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide effective onsite and remote user support.
• Ability to prioritize incidents and meet service requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and basic network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing and helpdesk systems.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, and other workplace peripherals.
• Relevant IT certification or technical qualification will be an advantage.
