Job Functions:
· Act as liaison to franchisees for all revenue-related issues.
· Ensure accurate month-end accruals for sales when required
· Manage the monthly sales data collection from the Franchisee
· Managing the AR function and ensuring effective management of receipts.
· Other receivables invoicing to franchisees where required
· Bad debt follow-up with relevant stakeholders & reporting
· Tracking AFDA risk and reporting it to relevant stakeholders
· Keep stakeholders informed about the AR status
· Ensure compliance with organization internal control policies, guidelines & practices
· Prepare the income reports and validating the same with other systems (i.e. JDE, Krise & BI Cubes)
· Update sales data in Business Intelligence cubes
· Reconciliation of bank accounts
· Preparation & reconciliation of schedules for assigned balance sheet heads
· Prepare & present SCM P&L monthly
· Preparing & reconciling the summary of results
· Preparation & filing of the quarterly tax return (VAT)
· Preparing & reconciling accruals related to WHT
· Preparation & filing of the annual WHT return
· Provide support in internal & external Audits
· Provide support in monthly & quarterly reporting
· Analyzing revenue for internal & external reporting
· Other miscellaneous task as assigned

EDUCATION:
· Degree in Business or similar as a minimum.
Qualification & Prior experience:
· 6 years experience in accounting and reporting
· Experience in an international company OR a Big 4 audit firm OR large consulting firm is preferred
· Strong Excel skills are essential, JD Edwards experience is a plus
· Strong process oriented person with a high attention to detail
· Ability to manage deadlines well and handle a dynamic work environment
· Good analytical skills and ability to connect the dots
· Excellent communication skills
· A team player with integrity and a sound work ethic
