Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations with vendors and clients.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning.
• Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll calculations and ensure timely disbursements.
• Tax Compliance: Handle VAT submissions and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare financial statements, monthly management reports, and audit documentation.
• Audit Support: Liaise with auditors and provide necessary information for financial audits.
• System Optimization: Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics or freight industry.
  • Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
