Accountant Full Time

Q-Mobile is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks to manage financial records, budgets, and reports accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare, analyze, and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and monitor budgets to ensure accurate spending.
• Prepare tax reports and assist in VAT filings as per local regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annual audits.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
