Accountant Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to handle daily accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. As an Accountant at Capital Engineering Consultancy, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall financial management of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure they comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial reconciliations and ensure timely reporting.
• Provide support during audits and tax filing.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Support the finance department in achieving its goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in accounting, preferably in a consultancy or engineering environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Tally is an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
