Responsibilities
- Receiving and verifying AP, Capex, prepayment invoice for accounting in system (oracle/infor).
- Ensuring Compliance with Internal SOPs, VAT Laws & Approval matrix prior to processing Invoice.
- Download & Prepare required expense file for major Expense like utility,telephone, fuel.
- Managing & relasing daily HO petty cash also verify the store petty cash claims supporting with appropirate approvals from various outlets.
- Documentation & record keeping of vendor registration form, AP Invoice and sorting of invoices as agreed credit terms for timely payment
- Coordinate with various dept. for prompt & timely rederessal of challenges and issues
Qualifications
Finance/ Commerce Graduate/MBA finance
