Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, ensuring all entries are accurate and properly documented.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collections.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Conduct bank reconciliations, maintain petty cash, and ensure proper cash flow management.

• Support budget preparation and assist in monitoring company expenses and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, assist with filing, and maintain necessary tax documentation.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits by providing required reports and records.

• Maintain and update financial ledgers, journals, and supporting schedules to ensure transparency and accuracy.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and timely reporting.

• Assist management in financial planning and decision-making by providing analytical insights and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and VAT compliance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• A professional attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
