Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of general accounting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify transactions and maintain financial integrity.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments are made on time.

• Maintain and monitor petty cash, ensuring all expenses are properly documented and aligned with company policies.

• Prepare and manage profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports on a monthly and annual basis.

• Enter daily financial transactions into Tally ERP, maintaining consistency and accuracy in all records.

• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.

• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in year-end closing activities.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any financial discrepancies.

• Handle emails and phone calls related to financial queries and provide timely responses to management.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing financial data and assisting with variance analysis.

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

💼 Requirements:

✅ Proficiency in Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting operations.
✅ Expertise in bank reconciliation and identifying transactional discrepancies.
✅ Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable management.
✅ Experience handling petty cash, expense claims, and administrative tasks such as email and call management.
✅ Ability to prepare and analyze profit & loss statements and balance sheets independently.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s degree preferred).
✅ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the UAE.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
✅ Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
