Accountant Full Time

We are currently hiring an Accountant specializing in Invoicing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

AED 4,500 – 5,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely invoices for various clients based on contractual agreements.

• Upload invoices onto relevant cloud-based platforms as required by clients.

• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in billing records.

• Maintain and organize invoicing files and records.

• Draft formal letters and support related correspondence as needed.

• Perform fast and accurate data entry related to billing and invoicing.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing/accounting.

• Proficient in Peachtree and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).

• Experience preparing invoices for a variety of clients, including based on contracts.

• Familiarity with uploading invoices to client portals or cloud-based platforms.

• Strong data entry and typing speed.

• Good command of letter drafting and business correspondence.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to join immediately.
