Accountant Full Time

Luxury Livings, a premier holiday homes host in Dubai, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Business Bay, Dubai, ideal for candidates with a strong background in financial management and a passion for hospitality and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and monitor cash flow

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies

• Handle invoicing, budgeting, and forecasting tasks

• Provide accurate and timely financial insights to support business decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proficiency in Zoho Books is a must

• Strong experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and data analysis

• Solid understanding of compliance and UAE tax regulations

• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
