Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) reporting and internal control processes, ensuring system data integrity and compliance.

• Compile monthly reports on sales, margins, and financial performance for management review.

• Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, highlighting key business trends and financial results.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational objectives.

• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhanced reporting accuracy across departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA, Cost Accountant, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.

• 7–10 years of experience in an FMCG or similar process-driven industry.

• Strong proficiency in analytical and financial reporting, with proven experience in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.

• Excellent understanding of budgeting, cost control, and performance measurement techniques.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial data.
