Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments—including procurement, operations, and management—to provide financial insights and updates.

• Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity within financial systems.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the streamlining of accounting workflows for enhanced accuracy and speed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction or steel fabrication sector.

• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP accounting software is essential.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, VAT compliance, and UAE accounting laws.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret financial data clearly.
