Accountant Full Time

Looking for a high-paying Accountant job in Dubai with Hayatt Group Facilities Management? This role focuses on UAE tax accounting, VAT filing, financial reporting, and payroll management within the facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process estimates, sales orders, invoices, and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) in accordance with approved pricing and company procedures.

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring timely invoicing, follow-ups, collections, and supplier payments.

• Encode and record all bills received from suppliers, verifying accuracy and proper documentation before posting entries.

• Encode and monitor payments made to suppliers, ensuring correct allocation and approval.

• Handle VAT filing in compliance with applicable tax regulations and ensure timely submission of returns.

• Manage petty cash, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper authorization and reconciliation.

• Perform bank statement reconciliation regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve variances promptly.

• Maintain organized accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documents for audits and internal reviews.

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries for management review.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company financial policies.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

• Good command of MS Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and report preparation.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar role.

• Experience handling VAT filing, supplier accounts, and bank reconciliation will be an advantage.
