Accountant Full Time

The Accountant position in Dubai with Vision Immigration Consultancy is ideal for professionals experienced in financial reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger entries, journals, and supporting schedules.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Manage UAE VAT compliance, including VAT calculations, filings, returns, and maintaining proper documentation.

• Ensure all financial activities comply with UAE laws, accounting standards, and internal policies.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as required.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide accurate financial data during internal and external audits.

• Maintain organized records for invoices, receipts, contracts, and tax documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.

• Strong hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
