Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed on time.

• Maintain proper books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger updates, and expense tracking.

• Perform bank transactions and reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate alignment of records with bank statements.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoice verification, payments, and collections.

• Support budget monitoring, financial reporting, and variance analysis for management review.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies.

• Maintain organized documentation for all accounting records, supporting audits and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

• Use accounting and ERP systems to track financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related queries and provide financial insights.

• Support VAT compliance, including maintaining records and assisting in return preparation as required.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity when handling financial data.

• Provide timely updates to management regarding cash flow, expense tracking, and financial discrepancies.

• Handle additional tasks assigned by management related to finance or accounting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent command of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions.

• Hands-on experience in accounting operations, preferably in a dynamic environment.

• Strong exposure to bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash management.

• Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and management.

• Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.

• Important: Only candidates with FMCG industry experience will be considered.

• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Professional attitude and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
