Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax-related documentation and support VAT or other statutory filings as per applicable regulations.

• Maintain proper filing systems for financial documents, vouchers, invoices, and supporting records.

• Assist payroll processing by coordinating salary data, deductions, and supporting schedules.

• Monitor compliance with company financial policies and recommend improvements where necessary.

• Liaise with banks, suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA are an added advantage.

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Excel and MS Office is essential.
