Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing, billing, and receipt posting
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and share updates with management
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams regarding billing and collections
• Maintain accurate AR records in the accounting system
• Assist with month‑end closing activities

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in accounts receivable within construction or building materials
• Strong understanding of billing, LPOs, and project‑based invoicing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and follow‑up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
