Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions match bank statements.

• Prepare and post journal entries for routine and non-routine transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions, identifying discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accurate financial reporting and operations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform additional ad hoc accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or an ACCA Finalist.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
