Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Handle accounts payable (AP), including invoice verification and timely vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Record and organize supplier invoices and financial documents systematically.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
• Maintain proper filing, archiving, and documentation systems for financial records.
• Support payroll processing entries and maintain employee financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data accuracy.
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Monitor daily financial activities and report any irregularities.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong organizational skills, especially in archiving and documentation.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Hours:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
