Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day financial and accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements for management review.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and inventory management.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Support external auditors by preparing required audit documentation and reports.
• Maintain proper filing, archiving, and documentation systems.
• Identify process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Inventory Control.
• Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold a valid Kuwait residency.
• Bilingual communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
