Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle bookkeeping activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and transaction recording.
• Monitor and manage high-volume financial transactions and inventory accounting processes.
• Support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and monitor stock movement activities.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and accounting summaries for management review.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Free Zone and Mainland regulations and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales departments regarding inventory and financial matters.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist auditors by preparing required accounting documents, reports, and inventory records.
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy of all accounting records.
• Monitor expenses, inventory costs, and operational transactions while ensuring financial accuracy.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory accounting.
• Experience handling large transaction volumes and stock management.
• Good knowledge of UAE Free Zone and Mainland rules, regulations, and compliance procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer electronics, distribution, trading, or similar high-volume business sectors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management platforms is an advantage.
