Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle bookkeeping activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and transaction recording.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow activities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and management summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Prepare VAT documentation, tax records, and support audit activities.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Utilize accounting software and MS Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, auditors, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Monitor company expenses and support budgeting and cost-control activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide accurate accounting information to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive company information.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with attested certificates (MOFA attestation required).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
