Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure all banking transactions are accurately recorded.
• Handle accounting entries, journal postings, ledger maintenance, and transaction verification.
• Coordinate banking activities, including fund transfers, payment processing, and banking documentation.
• Monitor cash flow activities and maintain accurate financial tracking records.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Track financial performance, expenses, receivables, and payables to support decision-making.
• Handle export documentation management, ensuring all shipping and financial documents are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and international teams regarding export-related financial matters.
• Work closely with Africa Origin Teams to ensure smooth coordination of accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and reconciliation statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized accounting records and proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and performance summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience handling banking transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Strong execution, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
