Accountant cum PRO Full Time

Future Contracting Company LLC is seeking an Accountant cum PRO with experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks as well as handling PRO duties related to government documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, VAT filings, and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits.
• Manage payroll processing and expense tracking.

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Responsibilities:

• Process visa applications, labor contracts, and renewals for employees.
• Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone entities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company legal documentation.
• Handle company trade license renewals and other official registrations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE-based construction company (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting principles, VAT regulations, and labor laws.
• Experience dealing with government portals (MOHRE, Immigration, etc.).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.
