Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support business growth and profitability.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and strategic forecasts.
• Manage cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
• Monitor expenses and implement effective cost-control measures across departments.
• Analyze revenue streams and identify opportunities for business growth and increased profitability.
• Prepare detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management review.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Manage GST/VAT compliance, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Handle TDS calculations, payroll processing, and related compliance activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor financial risks and recommend appropriate control measures.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management reports highlighting key financial indicators and performance metrics.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and business analysis.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Assist management in evaluating investments, projects, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, and financial management principles.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Ability to prepare financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis reports.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience in handling VAT/GST compliance, payroll, and taxation requirements.
