Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records accurately.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Verify financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in tracking expenses and monitoring budget allocations.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial data.
Support the finance team during internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in updating and maintaining financial databases and ERP systems.
Perform general administrative tasks related to the finance department.
Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is an advantage).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
