Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process and record purchase invoices and sales invoices in the ERP system.
• Assist in maintaining proper bookkeeping and accounting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and payment vouchers accurately.
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions and expense records.
• Support receivable collection follow-ups and maintain customer account records.
• Assist in maintaining fixed asset records, accruals, and provisions.
• Coordinate with the HR department regarding payroll-related documentation and audit requirements.
• Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accounting reports, statements, and summaries as required by management.
• Ensure all accounting entries are properly updated in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
• Support audit activities by preparing required accounting documents and reports.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes.
• Ability to process and record purchase and sales invoices in ERP systems.
• Experience in preparing bank reconciliations and payment vouchers.
• Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and fixed asset records maintenance.
• Ability to monitor petty cash and receivable collections.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with HR for payroll and audit-related activities.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
