Accounts Executive Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. If you have a passion for numbers, a sharp eye for accuracy, and a strong command of accounting software, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely entries in the accounting system.

• Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense vouchers.

• Handle billing processes and monitor accounts receivable/payable.

• Prepare GST calculations, returns, and ensure timely submissions.

• Assist in monthly and annual financial closings and reporting.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit documentation.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar accounting role is preferred.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Proficient in Tally or similar accounting software

  • Familiarity with GST regulations and reporting

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
