Accounts Executive Full Time

Job Description:

Ashore Group is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in accounting and finance and possess strong skills in VAT management, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, invoicing, budgeting, and preparing monthly reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VAT registration and maintain accurate VAT records.
• Prepare statutory reports in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage financial transactions.
• Oversee invoicing processes, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Generate accurate monthly financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in VAT management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, budgeting, and monthly report preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Compensation:

• CTC: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
