Accounts Executive Full Time

Position Summary

Asian Tiger Shipping LLC is currently looking to hire an Accounts Executive with a strong background in shipping. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, transactions, and reports in accordance with the company’s policies, with a focus on the shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and documentation related to shipping activities.
• Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts, and invoices.
• Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure timely filing of financial documents and reporting.
• Handle any shipping-related accounting queries and support management with financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting within the shipping industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices in the shipping sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
