Accounts Receivable Accountant Full Time

The Accounts Receivable Accountant position in Dubai with NRTC Holding Group is a strong opportunity for professionals targeting finance, corporate accounting, VAT compliance, and ERP-based accounting jobs in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.

• Maintain strong customer relationships by coordinating professionally with sales teams and clients regarding payment terms and disputes.

• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of receivables and ledger balances.

• Prepare aging reports, collection summaries, and management reports for review.

• Implement and maintain effective credit control procedures in line with company policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth transaction flow.

• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, and credit control, preferably within the FMCG sector.

• Strong understanding of receivable cycles, customer reconciliations, and cash flow management.

• Experience working in high-volume, fast-moving business environments is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
