Invoicing And Billing

• • Generate and distribute invoices for tuition, fees, and other school-related charges.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing to students, parents, and external parties.
  • Verify billing details to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Payment Processing

• • Record and process incoming payments via various channels, including checks, cash, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers.
  • Reconcile payments received with invoiced amounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Reconcile the bank posting daily in an accurate manner.
  • Prepare and make bank deposits in a timely manner.
  • To assist in month-end closing of Accounts Receivables.

Collections Management

• • Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection by issuing periodic reminders.

Recordkeeping

• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide updates to the Finance Manager/Controller.

Customer Service

• • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts receivable.

Compliance

• • Ensure compliance with school policies, relevant regulations, and accounting principles.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations that may impact accounts receivable processes.
  • Assisting with processing of VAT returns to local tax authorities.
  • Ensure proper accounting and financial records and systems are maintained.
  • To ensure effective internal controls and implement new procedures as necessary.
  • To liaise with external auditors and tax advisors regarding the statutory accounts and other statutory returns.
  • Ensure you keep up to date with the latest accounting and tax regulations within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
  • Develop internal management reports to aid the TSS Manager & Head of Finance in advising budget holders in the management of their individual budgets.
