Assistant Manager Full Time

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager – Park is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Sky Zone park, overseeing team members, managing customer service, and maintaining the park’s standards. This role includes leadership duties, guest service management, and operational responsibilities to guarantee a high-quality experience for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Supervision:

• Function as the Assistant Manager on Duty (AMOD), confidently performing all roles and responsibilities across the team.
• Provide training to team members on various roles and responsibilities, ensuring they adhere to Sky Zone standards.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and mutual respect among staff.

Operational Management:

• Ensure that all Sky Zone standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed, including safety regulations, participant agreements (waivers), and food safety practices.
• Supervise weekly inspections of the courts, court maintenance, and inventory to maintain high operational standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock and proper handling of supplies.

Guest Service and Safety:

• Resolve guest service issues with discretion and professionalism, aiming for effective solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about all products, services, programs, and promotions offered by Sky Zone.
• Complete and maintain injury and incident records, ensuring proper follow-up with injured guests and ensuring safety protocols are met.

Park Maintenance:

• Ensure the park is clean, organized, and ready for guest use at all times, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards.

Additional Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the park.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a fast-paced environment, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment industries.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Solid organizational skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and park operations.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Further qualifications in management or hospitality are a plus.
