Assistant Manager Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Lounge Management: Oversee the daily operations of the airport lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to guests.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train lounge staff to provide excellent service, encouraging a positive team environment.
• Guest Experience: Ensure that guests enjoy an exceptional and comfortable experience in the lounge by delivering personalized service and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Quality Control: Maintain the high standard of lounge cleanliness, food & beverage offerings, and comfort facilities, ensuring all are in line with company standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate availability.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports regarding lounge operations, guest feedback, and team performance, reporting directly to the Lounge Manager.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the lounge, including food safety standards and guest security.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a lounge, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage lounge operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in inventory control, budgeting, and managing supplies.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
