Billing Executive jobs in Dubai are increasingly important within the maritime and logistics finance sector. Inchcape Shipping Services is seeking skilled professionals experienced in ERP billing software, SAP FICO accounts receivable modules, Oracle Financials Cloud, revenue cycle management systems, invoice processing automation, and VAT-compliant tax invoicing procedures. Candidates with expertise in financial reconciliation, credit control management, shipping documentation billing, and enterprise accounting platforms will play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue reporting and regulatory compliance across port and maritime operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the collection and uploading of invoices. Assist with other data management reports. Follow-up with vendors/terminals for sending timely invoices. Some invoices must be downloaded from the Vendor’s website.
• Ensure that all revenue and service lines are raised and captured by the Operator/LPA. OPTIC must be in line with the appointment and include up-to-date data.
• Responsible for daily submission of invoices with supporting documents in OPTIC with appointment numbers to DA team for posting. Notify DA when job is ready to render.
• Assist Operations with queries and arranging NOC’s from authorities.
• Build local knowledge and maintain a good relationship with all principals and vendors. Have time management skills; work quickly and effectively to resolve any issues and disputes.
• Communicate daily with team lead, the team, operations managers, ROC Managers. Liaison between the agents, DA team and vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Apply Port passes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding.
• 2+ years related work experience.
• Knowledge of port operations and port agency services.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Strong ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills, including strong verbal and listening abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
