Billing Receivables Executive Full Time

Looking for a finance-focused Billing & Receivables Executive job in Dubai with Quick Drive Car Rental? This role manages invoice generation, accounts receivable, credit control, and revenue tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and issue customer invoices for rentals, extensions, penalties, damages, and additional services in accordance with contract terms.

• Manage accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up with corporate and individual customers for timely payments.

• Review rental agreements and ensure billing accuracy based on vehicle usage, rates, insurance, and additional charges.

• Reconcile billing records with system data to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to clarify billing-related issues and disputes.

• Maintain accurate records of receivables, collections, credit notes, and adjustments.

• Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to management on collection status.

• Support month-end closing activities by ensuring all billing entries are properly recorded.

• Assist in audit processes by preparing billing and receivables documentation when required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of billing and receivables processes in the rent-a-car industry.

• Excellent numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in accounting or billing software; working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective follow-up with customers.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Experience & Salary

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the rent-a-car industry is mandatory.

• Salary will be as per industry standards, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience handling corporate clients, fleet billing, and contract-based invoicing is an advantage.
