Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and customer service.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly cash reports and reconciliations for management review.

• Report any discrepancies, thefts, or unusual transactions immediately to supervisors.

• Provide support during peak hours to ensure smooth operations at the checkout area.

• Ensure all customer interactions are friendly, professional, and efficient.

• Handle customer complaints or issues related to transactions with patience and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.

• Adhere to safety and security guidelines when handling cash and sensitive financial information.

• Support training of new cashiers or temporary staff if required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall store operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School graduate or diploma.

• Previous experience as a Cashier in the Automotive industry is preferred.

• Ability to handle money and process transactions efficiently with accuracy.

• Basic mathematical and computer skills for cash register and POS operations.

• Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling cash.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers efficiently.
