Key Responsibilities

• Process customer and guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payment transactions.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure cash drawers are balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash collections.
• Verify payment amounts and identify discrepancies promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with billing questions and payment-related concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier station.

Requirements

• Previous cashier experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
