Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned areas.
• Clean floors, walls, windows, doors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors according to cleaning requirements.
• Remove dust, dirt, stains, and other visible marks.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, corridors, entrances, and workspaces.
• Ensure assigned areas remain clean and presentable throughout working hours.

Facility Hygiene

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the assigned facility.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, sinks, mirrors, and related areas.
• Refill soap, tissue, sanitizer, and other hygiene supplies when required.
• Report damaged fixtures, leaks, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow appropriate cleaning and hygiene procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure cleaning materials are stored properly after use.

Commercial & Public Areas

• Clean shopping malls, commercial buildings, offices, or similar facilities as assigned.
• Maintain entrances, reception areas, elevators, stairways, corridors, and other high-traffic areas.
• Pay additional attention to frequently touched surfaces and customer-facing areas.
• Ensure public areas are maintained according to company cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requirements in busy areas.
• Assist with cleaning before and after meetings, events, or special activities.

Cleaning Equipment & Materials

• Use cleaning equipment and materials properly and safely.
• Operate vacuum cleaners, mops, cleaning machines, and other basic equipment as required.
• Monitor cleaning material usage and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Keep cleaning tools clean and in good working condition.
• Follow instructions regarding the correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Avoid unnecessary wastage of cleaning supplies.

Safety & Procedures

• Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment when required.
• Place warning signs in wet or recently cleaned areas to prevent accidents.
• Handle cleaning chemicals carefully and according to instructions.
• Report accidents, injuries, spills, or hazardous conditions immediately.
• Maintain professional behavior and follow supervisor instructions.
• Protect company property and customer belongings while performing cleaning duties.

Teamwork & Support

• Work cooperatively with supervisors, housekeeping staff, and other employees.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules within the required time.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods or when additional cleaning support is needed.
• Follow daily task lists and cleaning schedules.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance according to company requirements.
• Perform additional cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Age: 25–35 years.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous cleaning experience of 1–2 years is preferred.
• Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, offices, or similar facilities is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine cleaning activities.
• Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No visible tattoos as per company appearance requirements.
• Willingness to work the required daily schedule and assigned duties.
