• Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Data Entry Operator to join our Operations team In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-volume, quality-controlled indexing, data validation, and scanning operations for critical customer and company images and documents.This position is based on-site at our facility. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
• Lead the core production process by accurately performing indexing (capturing key data from images), imaging, and quality assurance processes, consistently achieving targets set by the shift supervisor.
• Collaborate with the project supervisor and scanning operators to ensure timely and accurate document processing, immediately reporting and processing any project issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain’s security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect the informational assets of both the company and our customers. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume data entry, indexing, or production-focused domain.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) procedures to ensure consistently accurate data capture and clarity of scanned documents.
• Proven ability to pay attention to details, maintain confidentiality of work-related materials, and demonstrate very good typing skills.
