What Will Your Day Look Like?

• The Logistics Data Entry Operator is responsible for supporting the Logistics Executive in day-to-day operations, including the accurate entry and updating of shipment and transportation data in company systems. The role ensures timely recordkeeping, follow-up with service providers, and effective coordination with internal departments, by assisting the Logistics Executive in monitoring shipments, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation, this position contributes to the efficient execution of Import and Export processes.

• Maintain accurate records of Import/export documentation.
• Assist the Logistics Executive in preparing reports, tracking shipments, and monitoring timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, procurement, sales) for required logistics-related documents.
• Follow up with external vendors and transport providers for updates and required paperwork.
• Support clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, document filing, and basic correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining trackers for shipments and daily logistics activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support logistics operations.

What Would Make You Successful? Minimum Requirements

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical support, or logistics/administrative roles in a large organization in similar capacity (food industry is a plus), (freshers with strong MS Excel skills can also be considered)
