Role & Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update structured and unstructured data into company systems (ERP/CRM/spreadsheets) following defined templates and validation rules.

• Process daily data-entry tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, client records and forms while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems; scan, index and archive documents using standard naming conventions.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve data queries, provide status updates, and implement corrective measures for recurring issues.
• Support periodic reporting by preparing clean datasets and assisting with basic reconciliation and data validation activities.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering) and Microsoft Word
• Experience using Google Sheets or other cloud-based spreadsheet tools
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems for record management
• High accuracy in numeric and text data entry; attention to detail and data validation
