Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for transporting staff, documents, materials, or other assigned items.

• Maintain excellent road discipline and follow all UAE traffic rules, safety regulations, and company driving policies.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, fuel levels, tire condition, and overall roadworthiness.

• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs immediately to the supervisor.

• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle service schedules.

• Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.

• Ensure the security of passengers, materials, and vehicle at all times.

• Communicate effectively with the office team to manage trip schedules and last-minute transport needs.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents or assignments.

• Support the company’s operational tasks by providing reliable and flexible transport services.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of driving experience within the UAE.

• Valid UAE Driving License, preferably a manual license.

• Strong route knowledge across all Emirates, including major roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.

• Ability to follow all safety rules and regulations while driving.

• Good communication skills and a respectful attitude with colleagues and clients.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.

• Ability to handle long-distance driving and flexible working hours if required.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
